Job Title: Lead Generation Agent – Outbound Calls (Health Insurance – Australian Market) Location: Onsite / EastwoodEmployment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Campaign Manager Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and confident Lead Generation Agent to make outbound calls to Australian customers on behalf of our health insurance partners. The primary goal is to engage potential customers, verify basic information, assess their interest, and qualify leads for our licensed Australian consultants to follow up. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, professional phone manners, and experience in outbound calling or telemarketing. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian customers to discuss health insurance options.
- Engage prospects in a friendly, professional manner and identify their needs.
- Qualify leads based on campaign criteria and accurately capture customer details.
- Transfer or schedule qualified leads for licensed health insurance consultants.
- Follow call scripts and compliance requirements at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily call and lead targets.
- Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM or dialer system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company brand.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales (preferably for Australian campaigns).
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to work Australian business hours.
- Previous experience in health insurance, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.
- Familiarity with Australian compliance requirements for insurance lead generation.
- Experience using dialers, CRM tools, or customer databases.
