We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability.
