We're Hiring: Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to engage prospects, build relationships, and close deals effectively.

Location: 22nd Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Center 3, Pioneer Street, Cybergate Complex, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: On-site

Shift: Night Shift

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance trends
  • Present product offerings effectively to meet customer needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Excellent time management skills
