  1. To encode and maintain employee information in the HRIS;

  2. To prepare Employment Contracts, Office Orders (Appointment and Promotion), Certificate of Employment, Training Agreements and Memo drafting;

  3. To assist in recruitment and onboarding;

  4. Timekeeping;

  5. To assist Administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using email, MS Office applications, and other business communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willing to work onsite in Sta. Mesa, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
