Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

● Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

● Support onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth integration.

● Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certifications.

● Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE) for employee-related compliance.

● Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

● Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.

● Support payroll processing by coordinating with the finance department on timekeeping and attendance reports.

● Maintain an organized HR filing system and digital records.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to compensation and benefits.

● Experience in a corporate setting or within the energy industry is an advantage.
