Human Resources Intern

Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible in providing day to day administrative support to the human resources team. He/she will be managing recruitment processes, timekeeping and payroll of interns and conduct intern onboarding, and assist in any HR activities.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assist work-in applicants and endorse to the Recruitment Staff.
- Assist with the timekeeping and payroll of all interns.
- Prepare and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Conduct new hire orientation to interns.
- Updated the employee discipline monitoring and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to any of the HR staff as needed.
- Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualification:
- Must be currently enrolled in bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, or any related field.
- Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila OR Paseo de Roxas, Makati
- On-site Internship
