Job Purpose

This position will play a key role in delivering impactful employee training programs and supporting core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about employee development and engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Learning & Development:

  • Collaborate with Senior L&D staff and Subject Matter Experts to design and implement training programs
  • Coordinate with external training providers, including cost estimates and logistical arrangements
  • Create and manage communication materials for L&D initiatives (e.g., LIAM updates, monthly recaps, service awards, birthday greetings, PH and AU holiday announcements)
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including preparation of welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and administering post-orientation evaluations and announcements

Employee Engagement:

  • Actively support the planning and execution of company engagement activities and internal communications
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by embodying the organization's CORE values: Collaborate, Agile, Reliable, Execute

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Provide administrative support for employee programs such as Wellness, Rewards & Recognition, and Performance Management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in all related activities

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in candidate sourcing and initial outreach, especially during high-volume hiring periods
  • Help ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs

General HR Support:

  • Perform other tasks as needed to support overall HR operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR or L&D role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Canva, MS Stream) and agile/on-demand learning methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and presentation tools
  • Passionate about employee development and continuous learning
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, curious, and enthusiastic about teaching and facilitation
