Human Resource Associate

Job Purpose
This position will play a key role in delivering impactful employee training programs and supporting core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about employee development and engagement.
Key Accountabilities
Learning & Development:
- Collaborate with Senior L&D staff and Subject Matter Experts to design and implement training programs
- Coordinate with external training providers, including cost estimates and logistical arrangements
- Create and manage communication materials for L&D initiatives (e.g., LIAM updates, monthly recaps, service awards, birthday greetings, PH and AU holiday announcements)
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including preparation of welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and administering post-orientation evaluations and announcements
Employee Engagement:
- Actively support the planning and execution of company engagement activities and internal communications
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by embodying the organization's CORE values: Collaborate, Agile, Reliable, Execute
Compensation & Benefits:
- Provide administrative support for employee programs such as Wellness, Rewards & Recognition, and Performance Management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in all related activities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in candidate sourcing and initial outreach, especially during high-volume hiring periods
- Help ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs
General HR Support:
- Perform other tasks as needed to support overall HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR or L&D role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Canva, MS Stream) and agile/on-demand learning methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and presentation tools
- Passionate about employee development and continuous learning
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, curious, and enthusiastic about teaching and facilitation
