  • Support asset tagging of newly procured tools, equipment, uniforms, safety shoes, PPEs, and other fixed assets to ensure traceability and accurate recording in the company's asset inventory system.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of all company assets at both the head office and site locations, ensuring that records are consistently updated and accurate.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and relevant departments to ensure the timely maintenance and repair of all assets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of assets to prevent misuse, loss, or damage.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on asset status, utilization, discrepancies, and recommendations for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement, Finance, and Operations departments to support effective and cost-efficient asset lifecycle management.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in line with the role.
  • Submit monthly reports on asset management activities.
  • Conduct unannounced audits to ensure compliance and asset integrity.
  • Conduct at least three site visits per week to monitor asset condition and usage.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and manage company vehicles, including coordination of repairs and servicing.
  • Create and regularly update a comprehensive tracker for all assets, with particular emphasis on vehicles.
  • Escalate all significant problems or concerns directly to higher management for prompt resolution.
