The Moment Group is looking for a Fixed Asset Coordinator

The Fixed Asset Coordinator is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording project cost, recording depreciation and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.

What you're expected to do?

  • Manage the end-to-end process of fixed assets, including tagging, acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Reconcile fixed asset records with the general ledger and support audit requirements.
  • Review and approve accounts payable vouchers, monitor vendor balances, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP, BIR rules, and internal control procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to fixed assets, disbursements, and operational costs.

Who can have a seat at the table?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in Fixed Asset.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in NAV (Navision).
  • Detailed and desire to probe further into data.
  • Open to work on-site in Makati.
