WE ARE HIRING FOR FIXED ASSET OFFICER

  • Maintaining assets: Ensuring assets are well-kept, depreciated correctly, and insured
  • Tracking assets: Assigning tag numbers to assets, and tracking them over time
  • Reconciling assets: Reconciling assets to the general ledger, and submitting the reconciliation to the finance manager
  • Preparing reports: Preparing monthly and yearly reports on fixed assets for management and auditors
  • Assisting with audits: Preparing audit schedules, and assisting auditors with their inquiries
  • Recommending dispositions: Recommending to management whether assets should be disposed of
  • Monitoring condition: Monitoring the condition of assets, and initiating repairs or replacements as needed
  • Managing procedures: Assisting with the development and implementation of procedures for fixed asset management

We are located at 1447 A. Apolinario St. Cor Gen. Mascardo St. Brgy Bangkal Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
