As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at vidaXL PH, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize recruitment efforts to support vidaXL PH's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, and networking.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and referral programs to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment data and reporting to provide insights and optimize hiring decisions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance vidaXL PH's presence in the job market.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires for a seamless transition into the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' solid experience in recruitment.
  • Contact center / customer service center / BPO experience is preferable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and the recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
