Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mandaluyong. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. Additional day-to-day tasks involve participating in employer branding initiatives and improving the company's recruitment strategies. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal staffing levels and attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

SALARY RANGE: BELOW 25K

- WITH 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE END TO END RECRUITMENT

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Skills in Employer Branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the technology or retail industry is a plus
