About the role

In this full-time position to be assigned in Makati City, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive the success of our client's business.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for our clients' needs
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of talented candidates to meet our clients' ongoing hiring needs
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to improve our recruitment strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition and records management.
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management and Development, and other related course
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Passion for finding and nurturing top talent to support the growth and success of our client's business
