Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Supervisor) who will be responsible in leading the Talent Acquisition team and the end to end Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes such as sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the high-volume staffing needs of our BPO/Airline operations.
This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, the candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information for different vacancies in the applicant tracking file.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
Qualifications/Must-haves (Skills and Competencies):
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Psychology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding facets of HR in the BPO industry as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. (Required)
- With strong background in sourcing and volume hiring.
- With at least B2 level in English Language Proficiency.
- Foundation in human resources operations, concepts, strategies, and processes.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule including holiday duties to meet both internal and external customers' need for support. (Mon-Fri shift or Tue-Sat shift - both have 5-working days in a week with different starting shifts)
- Must be willing to work onsite: Makati City.
- Strong work ethics/values: Integrity, Initiative, and Reliability.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Has an experience in leading a team.
- Can start ASAP
