Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization—from rank-and-file to supervisory and managerial positions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent interviewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines in a fast-paced environment. This position is strictly open to applicants with proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within corporate, distribution, or multi-industry settings.

Key Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously across different departments.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, or related field.
  • Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City.
