The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for concession store personnel, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates who meet brand and operational standards. This role partners closely with concession managers and brand teams to understand manpower requirements, maintain an active talent pipeline, and support efficient store operations through effective staffing.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail or concession setup.
- Strong understanding of retail manpower structures (sales staff, store supervisors, merchandisers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
