Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and proactively plan for future talent requirements.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for various ecommerce and corporate requirements
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using a mix of direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and digital channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey—coordinating candidate experience, managing assessments and interviews, and guiding selection decisions.
  • Drive impactful employer branding initiatives aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Deliver timely updates and insights to stakeholders through data-driven reporting and market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity across all recruitment systems and processes.
  • Stay abreast of talent market trends and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for mid-senior level positions is required.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally from an Executive Search firm
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
