Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell water maker and water treatment systems to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects, and opportunities.
  • Perform client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to explain technical features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate system design, sizing, and compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and after-sales stages.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to maintain product competitiveness.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water treatment systems, industrial equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, applications, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and bid documents.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project support.
