Job Title: District Manager – Lifecare Division
Location: Central Visayas / Bicol
Work Setup: Mobile (Fieldwork)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift
Overview:
We are looking for a District Manager to lead and drive sales growth for our Lifecare Division. This role is responsible for managing a team of Medical Representatives, implementing sales strategies, and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
The District Manager ensures the effective execution of promotional programs, account development, and territory management to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Revenue
- Implement plans and goals to meet sales targets within the assigned territories.
- Monitor and review product performance across key brands.
- Develop and execute plans to sustain sales, manage product movement, and maintain optimal inventory levels in hospitals, trade outlets, and pharmacies.
Territory & Business Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned district.
- Ensure timely implementation of marketing programs and initiatives.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, following company standards and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with HR to avoid prolonged vacancies in the sales team.
- Manage operational expenses and ensure proper handling of company assets.
- Prepare and submit reports within the required timelines.
- Perform other related functions as assigned to support business goals.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of experience as a District or Area Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly handling Lifecare products (cardio, metabolic, diabetes, or critical care).
- Must be mobile and willing to travel or be assigned anywhere in the Philippines, including Central Visayas and Bicol.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Pharmacy, or any Science-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform fieldwork.
- High level of integrity and compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
