Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Specialist – Water Maker is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical expertise on Unilox Industrial Corporation's water treatment and purification systems. The role involves identifying client requirements, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring successful implementation while achieving sales targets. This position bridges technical knowledge with customer engagement to drive business growth and maintain strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for water maker and water treatment systems.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase technical features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents tailored to client requirements.
  • Provide technical support to clients throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including troubleshooting and coordination with service teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product and strategy improvements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water treatment, purification systems, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and technical documents.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and project support.
