District Manager – Lifecare Division (Central Visayas / Bicol)

Location: Central Visayas / Bicol

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

Work Set-up: Mobile / Fieldwork

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven District Manager to lead our Lifecare Division across Central Visayas and Bicol. The role is focused on driving sales growth, executing promotional strategies, and managing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve revenue and market share targets. The District Manager will also develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensure operational excellence, and uphold company standards of integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic plans and objectives.
  • Monitor and review product performance of major and minor brands.
  • Sustain sales movement, inventory levels, and product visibility across accounts, trade outlets, and hospital pharmacies.

Territory & Business Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Ensure target MDs are covered and updated in the master list.
  • Implement marketing programs on time and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with HR to minimize team vacancies.
  • Manage operational expenses and safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare timely reports and documentation.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
  • Foster collaboration and support for territory success.
  • Ensure compliance with company's code of business conduct.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a District Manager or equivalent in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in Lifecare products (cardio, metabolic, diabetes, and critical care).
  • Mobile and willing to conduct regular fieldwork nationwide.
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company digital tools.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and coaching abilities.
  • Physically and mentally fit to work in the field under flexible hours.
  • High integrity and compliance with corporate ethics and standards.
