Job Description:

  • The position is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of Talent Development Road Map and Learning Management System for all positions under Sales and Marketing Division.
  • Leading and monitoring the daily activities and work deliverables of the Frontline Talent Development and Support Services Section and reports directly to the immediate head for the required updates and reports.
  • Leading and assisting in planning, assessing, organizing, coordinating and implementing all approved Role- Specific Learning Programs, Mandatory Trainings, Refresher Courses, Special Courses &Trainings, Cross- Trainings and High-Potential League Leadership Training (Face-to-Face, Online and Blended) for Sales and Marketing Division (including Business Partners) as well as the Frontline Talent Development Senior Specialists assigned business channels to ensure employee productivity, to be able to achieve the desired employee performance, and to reduce the learning time needed for the newly-on boarded employee to adjust and reach expected optimal results.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of VERTEX Academys Online Learning Management System, learning contents to ensure efficiency of post-onboarding programs and ongoing learning programs for Sales and Marketing Divisions workforce.
  • Serving as the Lead Technical Trainer for the new SOP and key systems training under all Business Channels
  • Assisting the immediate head in the preparation of Learning Programs proposals, budget allocation plans and payment requests
  • Continuously conducting research for new learning methodologies (both online and offline) and best Training practices for Sales and Marketing Divisions Learning Programs continuous improvement, coaching the team members on these new trends
  • Serving and contributing as a strategic member under Sales and Marketing Strategic Team; attends Strategic Team meetings and brainstorming and
  • Providing prompt assistance and full support to the Immediate Head and Division Head at all times

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of four-year course in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience in Training 
  • Possesses very good Leadership, Communication and Decision making Skills
  • With advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel & other applications used for reporting
  • Able to work under pressure, highly trustworthy & willing to work on irregular schedule
