AU RTO Enrollment Support Officer (Remote)
Background

About the Role
  • You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure enrollments go smoothly — from answering course questions to processing documents and supporting the Business Development team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide students through enrollment with clarity and care.
  • Support the Business Development Officer with admin magic.
  • Manage online leads and convert them into happy students.
  • Keep records crisp in the CRM & student systems.
  • Report on enrolment data and process improvements.
Requirements About YOU
  • You're friendly, detail-obsessed, and love ticking things off lists.
  • You write and speak English clearly.
  • You work well solo but know when to loop people in.
  • You're all about accuracy, follow-through, and great service.
About YOUR Work History
  • Experience in admin, sales support, or customer service.
  • Education/training industry background? That's a big bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and CRMs.
  • Extra kudos if you've touched aXcelerate or Cloud Assess.
