AU RTO Learner Support Officer - Assessor (Onsite)

About the Role
  • You'll be the go-to for marking assessments, giving clear and actionable feedback, and making sure learners feel supported every step of the way.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Mark learner assessments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners.
  • Ensure assessments are aligned with compliance and industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records of learner progress.
  • Support trainers and team members with assessment queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle data securely.
RequirementsAbout YOU
  • 2+ years' experience in assessment marking or learner support.
  • Strong literacy and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Youth Work, Mental Health, or AOD are highly regarded.
  • Passionate about education and helping learners thrive.

  • Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
