AU RTO Compliance Officer (Remote)

About the Role
  • This is like an admin or office role with big impact on RTO Compliance. You'll be the quiet force behind student completions, compliance, and smooth operations within a remote-first setup.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep enrollments and admin records accurate, secure, and audit-ready.
  • Assist with the enrolment & RPL process.
  • Deliver daily admin tasks aligned with national VET standards.
  • Support communications with partners and students.
  • Uphold compliance with ASQA, AQF, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Help improve internal processes where needed.
  • Occasionally support errands like Post Office runs or onsite help.
Requirements About YOU
  • You're detail-obsessed but people-minded.
  • You know your way around spreadsheets, emails, and digital systems.
  • You enjoy ticking off to-dos and feel proud of a well-run workflow.
  • You're eager to learn about education compliance (or already know a bit).
  • You're self-motivated and take ownership, even when working remotely.
About YOUR Work History
  • 1-3 years RTO/ASQA Compliance experience is fine
  • Some exposure to the education or training industry is a bonus.
  • You've maybe used tools like aXcelerate or Google Workspace.
  • You're fast at learning new systems.

  • Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
