AU RTO Product Developer (Remote)
Background
  • At PeoplePartners, we're on the hunt for a skilled AU RTO Product Developer to join one of our amazing clients—an Australian RTO that trains people in life-saving, safety-first skills. This is your chance to blend creativity, compliance, and purpose.
About the Role
  • This isn't your average design gig. You'll be shaping training products that empower people across Australia to stay safe and protect their communities. From learner guides and assessments to engaging eLearning, videos, and graphics—you'll build resources that matter.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design learning + assessment tools that meet VET & RTO compliance requirements.
  • Build learner guides, workbooks, presentations & session plans.
  • Create videos, animations & graphics to boost engagement + retention.
  • Collaborate with SMEs + trainers to produce resources that truly work.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand + compliance standards (ASQA, AQF, etc.).
  • Keep improving—updating content based on feedback + innovation.
Requirements About YOU
  • You've got 5+ years' experience in instructional or learning design.
  • You're fluent in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and video tools.
  • You know compliance isn't optional—it's core to your design process.
  • You balance creativity with precision (your designs wow and pass audit).
  • You're a strong communicator who works brilliantly with SMEs + trainers.

  • You've built training across multiple delivery channels (online, hybrid, classroom).
  • You've worked in project environments with deadlines + evolving needs.
  • You've designed resources for RTOs or similar compliance-heavy industries.
