AU RTO Administration and Operations Support Officer (Remote)
Background

About the Role
  • As an Administration and Operations Support Officer, you'll play a vital part in the student journey—keeping records accurate, ensuring enrolments run smoothly, and helping learners stay on track. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and service-driven, this role might be your calling.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process deferments, suspensions, cancellations & re-enrolments.
  • Keep student data accurate in SMS and PRISMS.
  • Prepare compliance reports and support interventions.
  • Communicate changes clearly to students and internal teams.
Requirements About YOU
  • You're naturally organized and calm under pressure.
  • You ask great questions, find your way around new systems quickly, and love helping people—even when they're stressed.
  • You might not have RTO experience yet, but you're willing to learn.
About YOUR Work History
  • Experience in admin, support, or customer service.
    Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Bonus: Familiarity with Wisenet, Moodle, or RTO standards.
