JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide 'world-class' service excellence to clients by offering consistent customer solutions experience.

• Attend to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

• Processing of after sales transactions and documentations which include inquiries and requests for heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and parts requisitions.

• Identify sales opportunities to further enhance client relationships.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical or Construction or others), Marketing, E-Commerce or any Business-related course. (BSME, BSBA, etc.) as long as the candidate exhibits strong customer focus, relationship and negotiation skills.

• Preferably with related-work experience but not required as training will be provided by the company both technical and soft skills.

• With excellent communication & negotiation skills and can relate self well to customers and stakeholders.

• Must be willing to travel if necessary (Company paid expenses).
