About the role
As a Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) for the GAMING GEAR account at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. In this full-time, on-site role based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide solutions to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and company policies
What we're looking for
- AT LEAST HS/SHS GRAD/ COLLEGE; WITH OR WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply
- Previous customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic support
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- A strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work in a seasonal, full-time role with the potential for overtime as needed
