We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to work from home for a seasonal account. This is a full-time position located in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Location: Within Cagayan de Oro City
  • Type of Work: Seasonal (3 months)
  • Work setup: Work from home
  • Training onsite for 3 weeks, Then Working from home after training is complete.
  • Work from home equipment provided

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer cases as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to support customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
