Customer Service Representative – CDO Site

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Cagayan de Oro. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, chats, or emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately within the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards set by the company.

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate; college level or degree holder preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cagayan de Oro and on shifting schedules if required.
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
