What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide clear, accurate guidance on trademark and copyright processes, timelines, and pricing.
  • Identify client needs and recommend the right service packages to maximize protection and compliance.
  • Assist clients through the application and documentation process with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
  • Collaborate with IP consultants and legal experts to deliver precise and reliable advice.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while supporting team goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience & Knowledge: Proven background in customer service and/or sales (experience in legal, IP, or related fields is a plus).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.
  • Industry Understanding: Basic knowledge of trademark and copyright laws is preferred (training provided).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Style: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
