Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support system updates, upgrades, patches, and backups.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure security of company devices.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors as necessary.
  • Support IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and data security standards.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and configurations for reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
