As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, managing appointments, and supporting field operations. Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 35,000-40,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time, with a paid 30-minute lunch break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls through an advanced computer-based phone system.
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Document detailed job information and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to heating and air conditioning services.
  • Input and maintain data in scheduling and accounting management systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting field operations.

Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer/laptop setup.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
  • Eagerness to learn company-specific scheduling and accounting software systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required.
