About the role
Join FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' as a Client Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry, as we welcome applicants with or without prior experience.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Documenting client interactions and following up on requests in a timely fashion
- Providing accurate information and guidance to clients, while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and helping to build strong client relationships
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to help others
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical approach to addressing client issues
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software
