Overview

Join a growing healthcare practice as a Call Center Representative, where you'll serve as the first point of contact for potential and returning patients. This role combines communication, customer service, and lead management to help patients take the next step in their care journey.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 35,000-37,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (with a 1-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer incoming calls, providing information and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads from marketing campaigns and website submissions.
  • Follow up on missed leads and incomplete inquiries through recall calls.
  • Execute "win-back" calls to re-engage former patients or previously inactive leads.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date lead status in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support conversion strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinic's services and patient care philosophy.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare communication role preferred
  • Clear, professional phone communication skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable, especially during evening and weekend hours
  • Comfortable using call center platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong English speaking skills
