What You Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or mechanical environment
  • 2+ years working knowledge of customer service technologies, from basic electronic devices to advanced wireless systems

Technical & Product Knowledge:

  • Ability to learn and explain product installation and troubleshooting procedures clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable using product manuals, videos, and samples for self-learning and customer support

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Proficient with CRM tools (especially Zendesk) and general computer applications

Work Schedule:

  • Availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Impact You'll Make

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and message boards
  • Assist customers with product installation, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and general inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system (Zendesk)
  • Collaborate with internal teams by communicating relevant customer feedback and recurring issues
