Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide world-class service to users of innovative SaaS products. You'll resolve technical issues with clarity, create documentation, and ensure smooth customer experiences while growing your expertise in cutting-edge technology.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2+ years of experience supporting customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows systems.
- Strong English reading and writing skills, with clear communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Skill in reviewing and combining technical information from different sources and explaining it clearly to customers.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer experience and persistence in resolving issues.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
Your Daily Tasks
- Learn and become proficient in assigned SaaS products, including new features as they are released.
- Provide customer-friendly, professional support with clear communication and positive experiences.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for training and knowledge bases.
- Complete administrative tasks such as creating accounts, configuring settings, and fulfilling setup requests.
- Maintain flexible availability to support business needs.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work.
