Your Role in the Spotlight
Be part of our client's team as an IT Support Representative, providing frontline technical support for live streaming customers. You will troubleshoot network and webcam issues, optimize streams, collaborate on escalated tickets, and ensure seamless broadcasts, using your IT expertise to deliver exceptional experiences to audiences worldwide.

What You Bring to the Team
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally within live streaming, ISP, or network technology
- Strong understanding of ISP structure and network technologies (IP Address, Port, Network Protocol, Port Forwarding, LAN, WAN, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a remote network environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated resilience and determination in finding solutions to customer issues
- Knowledge of live streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs) is a plus
Your Daily Adventures
- Provide frontline technical support to live streaming customers, resolving issues related to internet connectivity, webcams, Ozolio service, and other network components
- Collaborate with Support Specialists on escalated support tickets, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand and troubleshoot ISP-related issues that may impact the quality and stability of live streams
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of webcam specifications, settings, and best practices for optimal streaming quality
- Assist in configuring and optimizing network settings for live streaming, addressing latency, packet loss, jitter, and other factors impacting stream quality
- Understand video encoding processes and technologies, offering support and advice to optimize live stream quality
- Understand website embedding of live streams and troubleshoot related issues
- Develop and maintain technical guides and FAQs to assist customers in resolving common issues
- Partner with the product development team to share user feedback and insights to improve the live streaming platform
