Admin Specialist

The Admin Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes coordinating tasks, assisting in project requirements, and supporting different departments as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecial Projects Support
- Assist in the execution of projects and initiatives assigned by Executive Leadership.
- Provide regular updates and submit completion reports.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Help develop structured plans, schedules, and task trackers.
- Coordinate with involved teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Administrative Support & Coverage
- Provide temporary support by assuming the responsibilities of Business Unit Admins when needed.
- Ensure smooth continuity of operations, communication, and reporting.
