We're hiring an Integrations Specialist to support our Senior Digital Growth Managers by executing repeatable, process-driven tasks across our internal systems and delivery workflows

The main responsibilities of a AUTOMATION SPECIALIST include:

  • Wordpress experience - updating plugins, themes, customizations (admin rather than developer) - 10% work Monitoring websites , font style - spacing - UI feel
  • Tech-Comfortable: Experience with digital tools such as spreadsheets, Google Workspace and the ability to effectively context-switch between platforms across the varied tech stacks of our clients
  • Basic Business Acumen: Have a general understanding on how marketing and sales operate within businesses
  • Process-Driven: You prefer structure and are comfortable working with repeatable tasks and workflows.

  • Workflow mapping and implementation: Basic understanding and experience with building automated workflows in platforms such as CRMs like Hubspot, or no-code platforms like Zapier or IFTTT conversion tracking/reporting
