Be part of our client's team as a Sales Admin Specialist, where you'll support business growth through efficient sales administration, CRM management, client coordination, and partner communication-helping create a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

What It Takes to Succeed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO operations as a service delivery associate or admin, team leader
- Experience in sales as an outbound sales rep or team leader is preferred
- Background in providing administrative support to a sales team
- Supervisory experience in service delivery or sales operations is preferred
- Ability to handle and coordinate with multiple clients
- Experience with international or multinational companies is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in using and/or managing CRM tools
- Experience creating reports with PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
How You'll Contribute
Administrative
- Support Growth Team administrative tasks
- Assist the Client Solutions Director in managing GBP compliance with the established sales process
- Manage client relationships and ensure the new client experience remains positive throughout Sales and Implementation
- Assist GBPs with proper handovers to the Project Implementations team and monitor client interactions, intervening when necessary
- Draft proposals, service agreements, and other materials for clients
- Update and maintain consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Send emails and schedule appointments on behalf of GBPs
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, manage live chat interactions, and respond to emails to ensure inbound leads are handled quickly
- Document all Referral Partner Agreements and provide details to relevant stakeholders
- Manage communications with all Referral Partners regarding milestone updates (first call, proposal sent, deal won or lost, payment received, amount to be invoiced as validated by finance)
- Manage client visit logistics including booking boardrooms, ensuring set-up, and printing relevant materials
- Collate all sales and marketing collateral and ensure the latest files are accessible
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Use available tools and software for reporting and communication
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by company representatives through direct written order or verbal assignment
