We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer – Payroll and Administration to join our Human Resources team. The role is primarily responsible for accurate payroll processing and supporting day-to-day HR operations such as employee records management, recruitment assistance, and compliance monitoring. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a working knowledge of HRIS systems.

Payroll & HRIS Management

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, and adjustments before payroll cut-off.
  • Maintain employee data and payroll records in the HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Prepare and generate regular payroll reports and summaries for management.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain organized and updated employee files and records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and screening applicants.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, Salarium, or similar).
  • Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and government statutory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
