Job Roles & Responsibility

  • Lead end to end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with manufacturing standards
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure DOLE compliance and manage government reportorial requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, etc.)
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to upskill the workforce
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles and succession planning
  • Maintain labor standards and support internal audits
  • Promote employee safety, health, and welfare in coordination with safety officers
  • Compensation and Employee Benefits
  • Gross Report
  • CDC Monthly Report
  • SMR Report
  • Uploading Payroll
  • PERMITS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience (Preferably in a manufacturing)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and timekeeping/payroll systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
