What You'll Do

As our HR Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring that our people operations are efficient, compliant, and employee-centered.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and head office roles
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires

2 Compensation & Benefits (CompenBen)

  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Support payroll preparation and timekeeping validation
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits, loans, and other employee requests

3 Employee & Labor Relations

  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Promote positive work relations and open communication
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in DOLE-related requirements

4 Organizational Development & Engagement

  • Support training, team-building, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
  • Participate in implementing programs that strengthen company culture and values

5 HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and other documentation
  • Participate in policy development and HR improvement projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of solid HR experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR compliance
  • Strong foundation in CompenBen, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office or HRIS systems
  • A team player with integrity, initiative, and a people-first mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
