Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven MEPF Manager who will oversee all aspects of MEPF works on site (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection), and will be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily MEPF operations
  • Ensures timely delivery and cost efficiency of the project
  • Well versed on design processes, and possess excellent coordination skills on 3rd party designers, peer reviewers, client representatives and local consultants.
  • Ensures compliance on the MEPF bidding proposal and submissions including client requirements, communications and other documentations
  • Provides recommendation and strategies to resolve project issues related to MEPF
  • Well versed on MEPF installation processes, methodologies and work flow
  • Ensures that power and water utilities are in place
  • Responsible for delivering site installations based on client contract and FCD plan
  • Above average Management and Leadership skills, should have handled Engineers, and supervisors as his/her direct reports

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical, preferably licensed
  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection (MEPF) in Construction Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Managerial level
