QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent field).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEPFS coordination for construction projects.
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Licensed is aPLUSbut not required
  • Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, design, and construction processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other coordination software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate MEPFS designs and shop drawings with architectural and structural teams to identify and resolve conflicts (clash detection).
  • Review MEPFS plans, specifications, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and update MEPFS coordination drawings and as-built plans.
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
  • Ensure that all MEPFS works are executed according to approved plans, standards, and schedules.
  • Monitor site installation works and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of MEPFS drawings, RFIs, material approvals, and reports.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Procurement teams for related MEPFS activities.
