  • Review, interpret and can provide inputs on plans, specification, shop drawings, BIM model for MEPFS works prior to procurement and during implementation.
  • Can handle multiple discipline and can coordinate to Consultant and all trade cons involve.
  • Oversee and evaluate project status and recommend corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project.
  • Interpret all technical plans and specifications and coordinates with project's design engineer and or consultants on technical aspects of the construction activities.
  • Advises the project manager on the progress accomplishments, problems, and actions for proper execution of construction.
  • Attend on site and consultants' meetings, architects and associate consultants in the administration of the projects, conduct weekly coordination meetings with key person/team to resolve problem/delays.
  • Prepare pre-construction planning in terms of execution on site and procurements strategy based on the required purchase date against actual installation.
  • Evaluate and recommend work progress accomplishment against planned schedule, progress billings, change orders (additive and deductive cost)
  • Implement contractor's quality and assurance and quality plans to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications and other contract documents
  • Conduct inspections and prepare punch list report of all items that need correction/repair; instruct contractor to complete rectifications within specified period
  • Prepare and recommend "final turnover and acceptance" for all tradecons and prepare settlement of claims, closing of accounts.

    Can analyze mechanical, electrical, fire pro and plumbing/sanitary engineering problems and formulate solutions. MEPFS Engineer has to identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.
