Key responsibilities

  • Project management: Manage the daily operations of MEPF systems, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. This includes supervising project managers and staff, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects.
  • Technical oversight: Ensure all MEPF systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This involves overseeing installation, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with architects and other engineers.
  • Financial management: Control costs for MEPF components, prepare budgets, and work to ensure profit margins are met.
  • Team leadership: Lead and manage engineers and supervisors, directing staff on risk mitigation and operational procedures.
  • Documentation and reporting: Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications, and ensure proper documentation is maintained. This includes preparing reports on progress, testing, and maintenance manuals.
  • Procurement: Provide material requisitions for procurement, track timely delivery of materials, and ensure site requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred.
  • Must have prior skills in all MEPF Aspects (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire protection)
  • Must have specialization in ELECTRICAL design.
  • Must have a minimum of (5) years experiences in MEPF design and construction field.
  • With a Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
  • Has Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Must be knowledgeable in CAD software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
