About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEPFS Project Manager who will take full ownership of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems within our construction projects.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in MEPFS coordination, design review, and on-site implementation — ensuring that all systems are delivered with quality, safety, and efficiency in mind.

Core Functions

Lead and manage the planning, design, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEPFS systems.

Supervise MEPFS contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents in alignment with project specifications and design intent.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure proper system integration and avoid design conflicts.

Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and status reports.

Lead testing, commissioning, and turnover activities for all MEPFS systems.

Core Competencies

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems.

Solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Proven leadership and coordination skills across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, reporting, and project documentation skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEPFS project management within the construction industry.

Must have managed medium to large-scale projects from planning to turnover.

Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.
